I decided to do blue eyes crying in the rain by Willie Nelson. I wanted to slow it down this week and try to take a risk since the first 2 weeks i went with more upbeat faster songs so i wanted the audience to see my softer side.
Willie Nelson- Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain In the twilight glow I seen her Blue eyes crying in the rain When we kissed goodbye and parted I knew we'd never meet again
Love is like a dying ember And only memories remain And through the ages I'll remember Blue eyes crying in the rain
Someday when we meet up yonder We'll stroll hand in hand again In the land that knows no parting Blue eyes crying in the rain

Blake -- I have never heard this song before, so I can't really compare what you did to the original... but I can say that I did enjoy what you did with the song... will I remember it tomorrow, probably, but it probably won't be the first performance from tonight that I remember... keep up the work, we know you can sing just start choosing songs that best fit your vocals and don't forget to add your own twists and styles to the performance to make it yours...

This was a stretch for you, and we all know how much I HATE country music, especially the old music like Willie Nelson there. You not only made it your own, you made it contemporary for today's audience. Well done!
